Thermal check and distancing practice are two basic action implemented in public facilities through out Indonesia. While hand sanitizers are provided everywhere, face mask is mandatory to be worn by airport visitors. Airlines might apply different policy regarding the necessity of PCR test for passengers. As the check-in process will take longer than how we experienced before the pandemic, it is highly recommended to arrive early on your departure day.
GUIDE
Navigating to a new normal practice, our multilingual guides wear face mask whilst assisting you. Though a proper distance will be maintained in the interaction, the quality of service will remain. For your comfort, our guides always carry extra face masks, hand gloves, disinfectant spray, wet tissue, and hand sanitizer along on duty.
FLEET
Whether you are commuting on land, sea, or air while you are in Indonesia, in either private or public fleet, an appropriate distancing policy is practiced. When you're traveling in private fleet with us, a standard hygiene kit is provided.
We understand that travel as we know it is going to be different for a while. It might even be a little confusing and overwhelming at first. Airlines will each have their own rules, and hotels, restaurants, and tour operators will all have different policies too. Things are changing on the fly. If something goes wrong - a hotel shuts down, a flight gets cancelled, a trip is suddenly cut short - we will answer the phone when you call, it's handled.
